Sang Choy Bow by Debbie


8 lettuce leaves washed and kept whole

1 tablespoon oil

300 grams pork mince

4 spring onions finely diced

1 grated carrot

2 cup shredded cabbage


1. Add tablespoon of Olive oil to frying pan and heat on high

2. Fry diced spring onion and pork in a frying pan reducing heat to medium and stirring constantly so mince does not stick

3. Add grated carrot and shredded cabbage, cook for 1-2 minutes or until cabbage softens a little

4. Serve immediately by placing mixture into centre of each lettuce leaf

5. Roll lettuce up and eat with fingers


Serve with other Asian dishes

HINT: This is a super-fast and easy entrée for an Asian meal or can be a main meal for a couple.
