Hamburger with Cheese

1. Mix above ingredients, roll into long tube shape. Wrap in glad wrap and place into refrigerator overnight.

2. Preheat horizontal grill and spray with olive oil spray. Slice tube into equal width pieces.

3. Place up to four patties at a time in grill ensuring that they're evenly spaced and flatten them by closing it

4. Cook in grill ensuring that once closed you do not open the grill again until at least five minutes have passed. This allows the patty to retain its integrity.

Optional: If you would like to add eggs or bacon cook after patties in grill.

Serve on toasted hamburger buns with shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, beetroot, sliced cheese, sliced pineapple

HINT: Hamburgers retain their integrity better if they're made the night before.
