  • Discuss lines as opposed to blocks of colour

  • Discuss colours in patterns and how to create them

  • Substitute different colours yet maintain the same patterns

  • Repeat portions of the pattern to create yet another different pattern

N.B. This activity can be done either with acrylic paints and brushes onto any surface or using paper to cut and collage a design
